Raspberry Falls is 15 minutes from Dulles Airport in Loudon County north of Leesburg on the Monroe Highway within an upscale residential development in the shadow of the Catoctin Mountains

The golf course is a links style design with wide open, rolling fairways defended by stacked sod and conventional sand bunkers with deep rough and stands of hardwood trees at the borders. There's water hazards in play on sever holes with the greens of varying sizes well defending by deep sand traps. The routing is long at 7,191 yards, 74.5/137, course/slope ratings from the back tees with four shorter tees, designed by Gary Player.
