Rio Secco is located southeast of Vegas in Henderson in the foothills of the Black Mountain Range and affiliated with the Rio Hotel.

Overall it's a well interesting and engaging layout providing views overlooking Las Vegas and The Strip with 6 holes carved through steep canyons, 6 holes on a plateau overlooking the city, and 6 holes in the desert. The layout was designed by Rees Jones and can play tough at 7,313 yards from the tips, 75.0/153, course/slope ratings with three shorter sets of tees.
