Saratoga National Golf Club is just southeast of Saratoga Springs, off I-87 at Union Avenue to the east.

The course roams over a large section of land on the north side of Lake Lonely. The layout is parkland style, with stands of mature hardwood trees bordering the broad fairways over rolling terrain. There's Spring Run, streams, ponds, and wetlands in play, in addition to a generous number of contoured sand bunkers along the fairways and greens. There are five sets of tees ranging in length from 4,930 yards to 7,241 yards, 75.3/144 course/slope ratings at the tips, designed by Roger Rulewich in 2000.
