Southers Marsh is southeast of Boston in Plymouth, off Route 3 at Samoset on the east side of the Plymouth Airport.

The golf course flows over and around cranberry bogs, which are bright red and colorful in the Fall. The layout has a blend of wide open and broad fairways bordered by mature hardwoods with a liberal amount of sand traps along the landing areas and surrounding the greens. The golf course is an executive layout with a collection of par 3s and 4s playing to a par of 61 at 4,111 yards from the back tees, 61.8/112, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees, designed by Dan Tibbett and Nick Filla.
