Waverly Oaks is just south of Plymouth off Route 3.

The golf course is a parkland style design with a blend of broad and narrow tree lined fairways over rolling terrain. The unique and isolated fairways are lined with steep faced bunkers as are the greens, but there's only two water hazards in play overall. The par 3s are the star attraction here along with the finishing stretch of holes providing an appropriate end to a match. The layout has four sets of tees from 4,830 yards to 7,114 yards at the tips, the green tees play to 6,182 yards, 69.4/121, course/slope ratings, designed by Brian Silva.
