Sunset Ridge Golf Club is 11 miles southwest of downtown Syracuse on the Seneca Turnpike on the east side of Marcellus.

The layout marches over a natural tract of rolling woodland along a mix of narrow and broad, fairway corridors flanked by mature hardwoods. It features a unique collection of six par 4s, 3s, and 5s each providing an interesting array of scoring opportunities. In terms of hazards, there's a stream and two ponds as well as a light scattering of sand traps. It will play to 6,754 yards, 72.8/126, course/slope ratings off the tips with three shorter tees, designed by John Yuhas.
