Gray's Crossing Golf Club is in a Gold Audubon Sanctuary within a real estate development in Truckee 30 minutes west of Reno on I-80 at exit 188.

The golf course climbs through a scenic setting along Lodgepole and Jeffrey pine trees and over mountainous terrain bordered by native wetlands with Mt. Rose as a backdrop. It's challenging with 70+ sand bunkers in various configurations, narrow driving corridors, and sloping, quick green complexes. It's an impossible 7,466 yards, 75.2/149, course/slope ratings from the tips with a total of 4 tees, the white tees play to 6,329 yards, 69.7/126, course/slope ratings, designed by Peter Jacobsen and Jim Hardy in 2007.
