It's a 12-hole course designated as a 9-hole Front Yard and a 6-hole Backyard par 3 layout, which uses 3 holes from the Front. It's regulation length with water and sand in play on every hole and a total yardage of 3,695 yards, par 44. The unique design allows one to play three holes: Six, Nine, Twelve, Fifteen, or Eighteen, whatever your pleasure or time allows.
