Valley View is a municipal golf course located south of town on the east side of Roscoe Conkling Park off Memorial Parkway.

The course is challenging but fair as it winds through tree lined fairways along slightly rolling contours with sand traps primarily guarding the small, undulating, and quick greens. It's in a scenic setting especially in the Fall with the views across valley stunning. There's three sets of tees overall with the tips playing to 6,409 yards, 69.2/118, course/slope ratings, one of Robert Trent Jones, Sr.'s early works from the late 1930s.
