Whiteface Resort is a resort and lodge located on the southwest side of Lake Placid.

The traditional parkland layout was sculpted out of the forest and foothills of the Adirondacks above the Lake and is generally straightforward save for several slight doglegs. There's one pond to cross on the par 3, 14th, otherwise it's sand bunkers defending most of the greens and the occasional fairway. It's 6,451 yards, 71.1/123, course/slope ratings from the tips with two shorter tees, originally built in 1898 and redesigned by John Van Kleek.
