Bay Point is located on Panama City Beach on Saint Andrews Bay in a resort/residential development.

The golf course is challenging as it's carved through the forests, wetlands, and natural areas just off Saint Andrews Bay. There's a multitude of conventional and long waste area sand bunkers intersecting the fairways and securing the generous, contoured greens. There's five sets of tees with the middle tees playing to 5,972 yards, 68.8/120, course/slope ratings, designed by Jack Nicklaus.
