Shark's Tooth and the Third Golf Course are west of Panama City Beach off US 98 on Powell Lake in the Wild Heron community and open to guests of the WaterColor Inn or other accommodations on site.

The course is a parkland-style design carved through the heavily forested terrain of an Audubon Sanctuary with water in play on multiple holes in a scenic setting featuring several holes on Lake Powell. It's over generally level terrain with abundant traditional, pot, and long waste sand bunkers bordering the fairways and securing the generous greens. There are seven sets of tees overall, with the middle tees playing to 6,567 yards, 71.1/126, course/slope ratings, designed by Greg Norman.

The Third, a Davis Love design, is within the Watersound development on Lake Powell, adjacent to Shark's Tooth Golf Club. The layout follows similar terrain through coastal pine forests with several holes along the Lake. Sand is the dominant feature here, with sandy waste areas, various sizes of sculptured sand bunkers, and large, contoured, undulating green complexes. There are multiple tee boxes, the tips play to 7,600+ yards, 74.1/128, course/slope ratings.
