Breezy Point is located on Pelican Lake north of Brainerd with three 18 hole courses, the Traditional, Whitebirch, and Deacon's Lodge.

The Traditional is the original, target layout from the 1920s meandering through tree lined fairways. There's a blend of narrow and broad, fairway corridors, numerous slight and dramatic doglegs, and several entertaining, drivable par 4s. It's short at 6,342 yards, 70.5/128, course/slope ratings from the tips with two shorter tees.

Whitebirch is more updated in terms of design. It a challenging, parkland layout carved through the trees along lakes and wetlands with generous greens well defended by sand bunkers. From the black tees it's 6,730 yards 72.2/132, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees, designed by Landecker & Huberd.

Deacon's Lodge plods through 500 acres of lakes, wetlands, and mixed forest with multiple risk/reward elements. The fairways tend to be wide and provide ample room in the landing areas bordered by massive waste areas leading to generous, contoured, and undulating green complexes. There's five sets of tees from 5,364 yards to 6,977 yards, the middle Blue tees play to 6,622 yards, 72.3/140, course/slope ratings. The course is set off from the resort to the north and was designed by Arnold Palmer and named for his father.
