The layout blends the basic elements of links and parkland styles to achieve an interesting and challenging design. It's over rolling grassland and woodland property through fairways bordered by native vegetation and fescue grasses, with several ponds in play and significant sand bunkering. Designed by William Newcomb in 1999, it plays to 7,004 yards, 74.2/136 course/slope ratings from the tips with four shorter tees.
