Cherry Hill is located within a residential development on the north side of Fort Wayne off I-469.

The layout is a parkland-style design traversing tree-lined fairways with numerous ponds and lakes featuring an island green and sand traps positioned at the landing zones and greens over relatively level terrain. The par 4s have a variety of distances, and various risk-reward strategies are required on the par 5s. The golf course was designed by Max Robertson and Mark Slater. From the back tees, it measures 6,825 yards par 72, 71.3/129 course/slope ratings, with three shorter tees.
