Eglin Golf Course is a 36 hole layout located near the East Gate to Eglin on the north side of Niceville.

Both layouts are carved through the pine forests along isolated and unique fairways with Plew Lake and its associated tributaries as the centerpiece. The fairways range between broad and narrow with numerous doglegs and sand bunkers primarily positioned mostly around the greens. Both have four sets of tees, the white tees of the Eagle play to 6,316 yards, 71.2/132, course/slope ratings, the Falcon plays to 6,182 yards from the whites, 70.6/124. There's also a lighted driving range, chipping green, and two practice putting greens. The Eagle is the original layout once known as the "Chicago Country Club" as it was frequented by Al Capone in its earlier days and designed by Langford and Moreau. The Falcon was built in two phases beginning in the 1960s.
