Emerald Bay is located west of Seascape on the north side of U.S. Highway 98, just east of Regatta Bay Golf Club.

The golf course is within an upscale resort residential community along the Choctawhatchee Bay, which can be seen from a couple of holes. The fairways are tree-lined corridors with water or wetlands in play on almost every hole, and the wind off the Bay Is always a constant factor. There are five sets of tees, with the middle tees playing to 5,967 yards, 69.5/123, course/slope ratings, designed by Bob Cupp.
