Regatta Bay is within a real estate development on Choctawhatchee Bay off the Emerald Coast Parkway just east of the Mid Bay Bridge.

The golf course is a challenging layout which requires nearly every club in the bag as it traverses a scenic and quiet setting along unique and isolated fairways. It was carved through the pine forest over level terrain with water and/or wetlands in play on most every hole. There's a mix of open and narrow driving lane with several heroic shots or forced carries required and sand bunkers in play along the landing zones and greens. From the tips the course plays to 6,798 yards 73.2/138, course/slope ratings, the gold tees are 5,823 yards, 69.5/121, designed by Robert Walker in the late 1990s.
