The TPC Harding Park is in southwest San Francisco off I-280 on US 1 to the north overlooking Lake Merced.

The golf course is blessed with a scenic setting on the Lake and takes full advantage of the property's topography, contours, and vegetation. The predominant features include the tall Monterey Cypress trees lining all the fairways with sugar white sand bunkers along the fairways and guarding the greens. From the Blue tees it plays to 6,845 yards, 72.9/124, course/slope ratings with two shorter tees. The course was originally designed by Willie Watson and Sam Whiting in 1925, but was renovated in 2005 to TPC standards, and is today an occasional PGA Tour venue and hosted the President's Cup in 2009 and the 2020 PGA Championship.
