Mactown is a municipal golf course in the Winnebago County Forest Preserve located just south of the Wisconsin state line in Rockton off I-39 at exit 3.

It's pure golf in a rural setting on the south side of the Rock River, along confining, tree-lined fairways with several water hazards, minimal sand bunkering, and modest greens. From the white tees, it plays 5,770 yards, 69.1/112, course/slope ratings, designed by Alex Welch in the 1930s.
