Michaywe Pines is southeast of Gaylord off I-75 at the 270 exit.

The golf course is a parkland layout ambling through a residential community with the holes lined by thick forests. It journeys along broad and narrow, fairways and approaches to the greens with numerous water hazards and sand guarding the landing zones and greens. It's as long at 7,040 yards from the tips or as short as 5,194 yards, the middle tees are 6,078 yards, 69.9/127, course/slope ratings, designed by Don Childs in 1980.
