The Treetops' Premier was designed by Tom Fazio.

The golf course is an interesting, engaging design marching through rolling tree lined fairways with several dramatic changes in elevation. There's 76 pot and conventional sand bunkers, numerous slight doglegs, and one water hazard with the fairways sloped toward the middle correcting the slightly errant tee ball. There's four sets of tees from 5,039 yards to 6,832 yards at the tips, 73.6/134, course/slope ratings.
