Mount Frontenac Golf Course is just off US 61/63 in Frontenac about 20 minutes south of Red Wing.

The setting for the golf course is stunning as it moves along and over the Mississippi River Bluffs and Lake Pepin with tree lined fairways throughout. It's a challenging layout traversing narrow fairways, doglegs, water hazards, and sand traps with pinched approaches to modest greens. The course was designed by George Emerson in the early 1980s and is short at 6,003 yards from the white tees, 68.6/119, course/slope ratings.
