The Pearl is located in North Myrtle Beach in the Sunset Beach/Calabash area with 27 holes.

The East layout is mostly level with slight fairway undulations and mounding, water or marsh from the Calabash River in play, a generous amount sand bunkers, and raised, mid-sized greens. The North nine has a links feel as it moves along massive fairway corridors and generous greens complexes. The West, with a stunning finish along the Calabash River, is an open design without a lot of trees in play, but water and/or marsh on most holes along with substantial sand bunkering at the landing areas and greenside.
