Purgatory Golf Club is north of Noblesville on Rt 37 about 30 minutes from Indianapolis.

There's just pure golf at Purgatory on a wide open and roomy tract of rolling former farmland known as the longest course in Indiana. The layout's main defenses are the tall fescue rough corridors at the fairways' margins, multiple water features, and 130+ white crushed limestone sand bunkers throughout the fairways and greens including #17, an island green surrounded by 2 acres of sand. The layout was designed by Ron Kern and from the tips is 7,754 yards, 78.1/142, course/slope ratings with five shorter tees.
