Quail Valley is 10 minutes southwest of Hanover and 10 minutes southeast of Gettysburg on the west side of Littlestown.

The layout begins as a traditional design along tree lined, fairway corridors leading to well bunkered greens, and opens up on the backside with water hazards in play on seven holes including a par 3, island green. It wanders over a large tract of land surrounded by farmland and forests with homes along several holes. There's five sets of tees from 5,095 yards to 7,027 yards at the tips, the whites play to 6,202 yards, 70.5/130 course and slope ratings, designed by Paul Hicks.
