Piney Apple Golf Course is about an hour southwest of Harrisburg in Biglersville.

It's pure golf in a natural setting with tall pine trees lining the fairways surrounded by orchards blooming in the Spring and apple picking in the Fall. There's a mix of open and tree lined holes, a couple of water hazards, and a modest amount of sand bunkering in a scenic setting with the views from several different vantage points of the countryside and the Allegheny Mountains. It's a relatively short layout at 5,635 yards from the tips, 66.6/111, course/slope ratings with two shorter tees, designed by L. Walter Hayes.
