The Rancho Santa Fe Golf Club is a private club but accessible to guests at the Inn at Rancho Santa Fe. The Inn and golf club are located about 30 minutes north of downtown San Diego off I-5 at Lomas Santa Fe Drive to the east.

The golf club is a classic, designed by Max Behr in the late 1920s and served as the original venue for the first six Bing Crosby Pro-Ams. It's a parkland style layout sequestered in a valley setting with fairways bordered by tall eucalyptus trees over and through a long, ever-present barranca. In terms of additional hazards, there's several water features in play and fingered sand bunkers lining the fairways and greens. There's five sets of tees from 4,970 yards to 7,035 yards from the tips, the middle, white tees play to 6,431 yards, 72.0/134, course and slope ratings.
