Twin Oaks is 40 minutes north of downtown San Diego in San Marcos just west of the I-15 on the Packard Parkway.

The strategic layout treks over the rolling terrain adjoining natural areas with homes lining the exterior holes. There's an interesting mix of holes with narrow and broad fairways bordered by multiple water features and sand bunkers at the landing zones and greenside. It was designed by Ted Robinson and plays to 6,535 yards from the tips, 71.9/130, course/slope ratings with four shorter tees.
