The Crossings is an upscale, municipal golf course owned by the City of Carlsbad located east of the San Diego Freeway at the Palomar Airport Road exit.

The course is within a natural and environmentally protected area along unique and isolated fairways with varying degrees of elevation change and views of the Pacific throughout. There's several water hazards in play and a liberal amount of sand bunkers along the fairways and guarding the large, elevated greens. It plays to 6,835 yards from the black tees, 72.6/132, course/slope ratings with four shorter tees, designed by Greg Nash.
