The Swansea CC is just off I-195 at exit 2, to the south between Providence and Fall River, on the MA/RI border. It has an 18-hole championship layout and a 9-hole par-3 course.

The layout is parkland-style design, hiking along the Palmer River through separate and isolated fairway corridors. There's a lot of trouble in the form of woods, water hazards, sand traps positioned along the fairways, and guarding the greens with little room for error for off-line shots. The course was designed by Geoffrey Cornish in the early 1960s, and from the the tips plays to 6,847 yards, 73.5/128, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees.
