The Oaks is an hour east of New Orleans at exit 24/Firetower Road off I-10 in the Pass Christian area.

The course is within a residential development along tree lined fairways over generally level terrain. There's numerous water hazards and wetlands in play with multiple doglegs and sand bunkers defending the fairways and greens. It can play to 7,006 yards, 72.5/131, course/slope ratings from the back tees with three shorter tees, designed by Steven Caplinger and Chris Cole.
