Windance is on the north side of Gulfport within a residential community off I=10 at Canal Road to the north.

The golf course treks over slightly rolling hills, along numerous water hazards, and through mostly tree-lined fairways with a moderate amount of sand bunkering along the landing zones and greenside. It's a Mark McCumber design, at 6,659 yards from the back tees, 72.5/129 course/slope ratings, and three shorter tees.
