Windance is on the north side of Gulfport within a residential community off I=10 at Canal Road to the north.

The golf course treks over slightly, rolling hills along numerous water hazards through mostly tree lined fairways with a moderate amount of sand bunkering both along the landing zones and greenside. It's a Mark McCumber design at 6,659 yards from the back tees, 72.5/129, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees.
