Vistancia is northwest of Phoenix in Peoria, off the 303 at Vistancia Blvd. It is a 7,100-acre master-planned community in the Sonoran Desert.

The golf course winds through a residential development along fairways bordered by desert terrain with water hazards on 1/3 of the holes and features generous, contoured, and mounded green complexes. There are seven sets of tees overall, with the Verde tees at 6,132 yards, 68.8/120, course/slope ratings, designed by Gary Panks.
