The Country Club of Sebring is on the west side of Sebring, along Highway 635, along the border of Highlands Hammock State Park.

Most holes ramble through a residential development; however, several go through the wetlands and forests along natural corridors. Sand is the dominant feature here, with various sand bunkers, including several waste bunker complexes running the length of the holes on the backside and numerous water hazards in play on the front. There are five sets of tees overall, from 4,838 yards to 6,714 yards, with the middle tees playing to 5,604 yards, a par of 71, 65.8/110, course/slope ratings, and a Ron Garl design.
