The Muni is on the southwest side of Lake Jackson off US 27 at Golfview Road to the west in Sebring.

The layout is a classic from the mid-1920s that features generous, tree lined corridors over level terrain with homesites only along a couple of fairways. There's a few ponds and water features in play, less than 25 sand traps, and mid-sized, oval greens. There's four tees from 4,800 yards to 6,204 yards at the tips 69.2/116, course/slope ratings, designed by Bert Way.
