The Muni is on the southwest side of Lake Jackson, off US 27 at Golfview Road, to the west of Sebring.

The layout is a classic from the mid-1920s that features generous, tree-lined corridors over level terrain with homesites only along a couple of fairways. A few ponds and water features are in play, with less than 25 sand traps and mid-sized, oval greens. Four tees, 69.2/116, course/slope ratings, designed by Bert Way, run from 4,800 yards to 6,204 yards at the tips.
