Sun N' Lake is a residential development between Sebring and Avon Park off US 27 at Sun N' Lake Blvd. It has two 18-hole layouts.

Deer Run is a parkland design along level, tree-lined fairways with numerous water hazards and well-bunked fairways and greens. Designed by Don Dyer, it can play to 7,002 yards at the tips, 73.7/134 course/slope ratings with four shorter tees.

Turtle Run marches through a Scrub Jay preserve and has a little more water and wetlands, but it generally has the same characteristics as Deer Run. It plays to 6,402 yards from the back tees, par 72, 70.7/127, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees, designed by Charles Ankrom.
