Green Ridge is about 10 minutes from Middletown off I-84 in Johnson surrounded by fields and forests.

The golf course is a playable, parkland layout winding along old growth, tree lined fairways over some change in elevation with both interesting and quirky holes. There's Rutgers Creek snaking through multiple holes, several ponds, and wetlands with minimal sand bunkers bordering the postage stamp-sized, oval greens. It plays to a par of 71 and 5,667 yards, 70.0/113, course/slope ratings from the tips, designed by Lance Enholm.
