The Lynx at River Bend is located east of Port Jervis, east of the Delaware River.

The golf course journeys along the lowlands of the Neversink River and is challenging with narrow, tree-lined fairways, numerous doglegs, ponds, and wetlands in play on the majority of the holes, and a generous amount of sand traps. There's a mix of long and short holes with numerous risk/reward opportunities, and overall, it's a shot maker's dream layout. It's somewhat short at only 6,126 yards from the tips, 70.4/127, course/slope ratings with two shorter tees. The golf course is a classic A.W. Tillinghast design with at least 10 holes by Tilly in the early 1900s.
