Marengo Ridge is out west of Chicago's suburbs in Marengo off the Tollway at US 20 then north a couple of miles.

The golf course is a hidden gem in the greater Chicagoland area, albeit a bit inconvenient. It's a parkland style design with a generous amount of water hazards and wetlands in play, a moderate amount of sand bunkers, and numerous slight and dramatic doglegs requiring placement off the tees. From the tips it plays to 6,654 yards, 72.5/129, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees, designed by Bill Spear in the mid-1960s.
