The Quarry is in Maryland Heights off I-270 at exit 20A/Creve Coeur Mill Road to the west.

The layout is in a scenic setting with either woods or a park bordering the holes as it meanders through an old rock quarry with an abundance of water hazards. There's a mix of holes along tree lined fairways while others are more open and links-like with a blend of conventional and pot bunkers as well as long waste areas. Roger Null and Jack Litvay each designed a nine, and from the tips the course plays to 6,656 yards, 72.2/127, course/slope ratings with four shorter tees down to 4,590 yards.
