The Vineyard is located in Egg Harbor City off the White Horse Pike to the north carved out of a clearing in the Pine Barrens northwest of Atlantic City.

The layout traverses tree lined fairways along completely natural borders without homes or development. There's massive sand bunker complexes and sandy waste along the fairways and guarding the greens with numerous water hazards in play. Overall there's five sets of tees with the middle white tees playing to 6,358 yards, 70.2/123, course/slope ratings, designed by Ed Shearon in 2004.
